The buyer's confirmation is
an offer made to the Natpak.com for purchasing its displayed
products on "Terms and Conditions" contained herein. |

No cancellation or price
change are allowed once orders are confirmed. |
| 2. |
All prices of the products
are marked in Hong Kong Currency. |
| 3. |
Sellers are not responsible
for non-delivery or delay in delivery caused by fires, floods,
strikes, droughts, accidents, war, insurrection, lockouts, breakdown
of machinery, government prohibition or restrictions, commandering
of steamer or of steamer space intended for shipment or other cause
beyond the seller's control. |

Unless otherwise stated,
partial delivery is allowed. |

Natpak.com does not
warrant that the ordered products completely correspond with its
specifications as displayed but every efforts will be made to ensure
a highest standard of quality of the products. |

No claims will be
entertained unless same are communicated to sellers by email or fax
within two weeks after receipt of goods evidenced by delivery
document. |

Sellers and shippers are
not responsible for any infringement of patent right, trade marks,
and/or trade names registered in their countries and/or destination
for the goods supplied. |

When shipment are ready as
per this confirmed sales order but hold up by buyer for over 30
days, buyer is responsible to pay the full amount of this sales
order immediately upon the request from the seller even the goods
are still in the seller's warehouse. |

Compensation. |
|
Case I - maximum 10%
discount on invoice ordered value for those shipment 2 weeks behind
our agreed schedule and that you suffered from actual proof of loss
due to the late shipment. |

Case II - If customer
requests air freight the whole shipment or portion of the shipment
due to our late delivery for over 2 weeks, the maximum compensation
for the air portion would be at 20% less on invoice value while the
other portion is still in the condition as case I. |

Case III - Natpakionalpak
Ltd. usually take full (maximum 20% of the invoice amount)
responsibility for any late shipment if it is our mistake, except
for items are new and that we have to tooling up or during the
process of those items vary by the weather condition. |

affiliates provide their services to you subject to the following
